Thank You!

Some of you have been sending e-mails in response to our updates and we just wanted to thank you for all the support. Yes, we do receive them. The guesthouse has fast (& free!) wifi, so we are able to get online often... even at 2 am when we can't sleep. Kevin commented yesterday that he was surprised how well I adjusted to the time change. I thought I did pretty good too until I was wide awake from 2-4 this morning. That could be in part due to my mind running a mile a minute thinking about Nicholas, though. :) Anyway, thank you for staying in touch. It is great to hear from people at home as we are pretty limited in conversation here. We have discovered, though, that if we go to the touristy places, we are much more successful in communicating. That' s usually not my style, going to the touristy places, but as I told Kevin, this trip is all about "surviving" (i.e. getting from one place to another, finding good places to eat, not getting lost, etc), and then once we have Nicholas - it's all about him! :)

We did do a bit of exploring yesterday by going to COEX (a convention center connectetd to the World Trade Center with a large mall underneath). We wandered the mall and visited the Kimchi Museum and Aquarium. We also had some Baskin Robbins - yum! We figured out the subway to get there and back which was a accomplishment, we thought. On our way home we stopped in a 7-Eleven to get some drinks, then we came home and crashed.

Today we are gonig to tackle getting tickets for the express train to Busan and go see some sights down there. It's supposed to be warmer there than here (55 degress instead of 45), but we hear it's going to get up to 67 in Iowa today. We are very jealous! :)

Have a great day everyone!!!
